When the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6+ was released, there were a lot of excited consumers eager to get the latest iPhone. But for a lot of people that excitement soon started to fade when their phones were no longer working the way they were supposed to. Many noticed a change in the touch screen's responsiveness. They found all their contacts, apps and other personal information was literally right at their fingertips and they couldn't access it.
